These terms and conditions apply to the competition for a chance to win up to 40 m2 of consumer artificial grass and the installation thereof. Entry into our competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by you.
Competition Details
1) No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
2) You can only enter the competition once
3) The competition prize is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18, with a UK address. It is not open to the anyone else connected with the competition including employees of Consumer Grass.
4) To enter the competition, you must Like, Share and comment why you are in need of artificial grass and where possible Post a picture of your existing garden in the Comment box of the competition post on the Consumer Grass Facebook page, Posts that do not comply may be removed and will not be valid for entry.
5) The artificial grass available for winning is Consumer Grass Juniper 40mm.
6) One entry will be selected at random from the entries. The decision of the judge is final and we will not enter into correspondence relating to the decision.
7) We reserve the right to modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
8) If you are entering on behalf of another person, you must get their permission first and proof of this may be requested. Please include their name with the submission.
9) Consumer Grass will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, unforeseen legislation or any other events beyond its control.
Winners details
10) The Winner will be notified via the Consumer Grass Facebook page before the 14th July 2017 and will be given details of how to claim their prize.
11) The name of the winner will be available after the winner has been notified by emailing enquires@consumergrass.co.uk.
Installation
12) The winner must be happy to provide a customer testimonial written and verbal which includes their name. The winner must also agree to have their name disclosed for this purpose.
13) The winner is happy for the installation to be filmed from start to finish.
14) The installation is subject to a site survey and the installation site must be approved by Consumer Grass and the Installer before commencing any work.
15) The Installation is based on the Installers availability and the installation date will be agreed between the winner and the Installer. The installation must take place before 30th September 2017.
21) If the land is more than 40m2 the winner will be asked if they wish for the additional area to be quoted if so a quote will be provided to the Winner.
22) Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
